High School Registrar/Records Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Serves as the secretary responsible for registration, student records, transcripts and master scheduling issues.

 

Reports To:  Principal

 

 Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Demonstrate Communications Skills
  3. Demonstrate Public Relation Skills
  4. Demonstrate Organizational Skills
  5. Demonstrate Computer Skills
  6. Ability to Perform Essential Job Functions
  7. Ability to Perform Job Task Requirements
  8. Must complete a finger-print background check 

 

Desired Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of and experience with computer programs and the use of Power School attendance and data programs
  2. Background in receptionist duties
  3. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook,  Power Point, Word, and Excel)
  4. Better than average recommendations from previous employers and/or other professionals familiar with the applicant’s personal characteristics, academic achievement and workplace performance
  5. Five years Experience (Related)
  6. Knowledge of Power School and Power Teacher
  7. Knowledge of Ivisions, Click Scan, Edgenuity, School Office Pro
  8. School Messenger
  9. Knowledge of Data Driven Instructional Practices and Professional Learning Communities

 Performance of duties will be evaluated at least annually in accordance with Aztec School Board Policy.

 

Physical Rating Level

 

This position will require the employee to function at a “Medium” physical capacity as defined by Worker’s Compensation Statutes.  “Medium” physical capacity indicates the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or up to 25 pounds frequently.
